OUR STORY

Began in 2013 as a Brisbane hobby home based side gig for founder Brigid while on maternity leave from her career as a School Teacher. Brigid would tread the weekend farmer's markets with the help of her family & friends trying new flavours on customers and refining what would work in the market.

Launched in 2015 as a business & relocated to a custom commercial factory based in Buderim , Sunshine Coast QLD in late 2016 ready to scale. What began as one shed, soon became five and KOKOPOD now operates out of the entire building.

Multiple Gold & Silver medals from Australian Fine Food Awards & collected a Sunshine Coast Business award in 2019.

Continually sourcing & working with Australian premium producers to pair with sustainable European Couverture Chocolates with no compromise on quality.

Brigid is an internationally trained chocolatier leading a team of enthusiastic individuals who share her passion for the craft of chocolate science.

Over 250 stockists across Australia and some export as well with a focus on the gourmet food & gifting market space.
