SHIPPING IN HOT WEATHER
What you should know
Although Kokopod Chocolate is packed in insulated bags and shipped in cardboard mailers, we cannot guaratee that items wont melt during transit on hot days. We ship using Courier & Australia Post services and where necessary, via express postage to reduce time in transit. Unfortunately refunds will not be given due to melted items so please consider all of this prior to purchasing.
What you can do to avoid melting
- Keep in mind we are in QLD and most areas will receive their order the next business day, after order is processed.
- If you selected Authority to Leave, make sure someone is around to receive the shipment so it doesn’t sit outside in the sun.
